CLASS TIMETABLES

NEW! Pregnancy classes starting 1st Feb 2012, Wed 9.30am.
            Gentle classes start 6th Feb, Mon 9.30am.

GENERAL CLASS
Best suited to beginner to intermediate levels. A mix of flowing postures and longer holds; leave enlivened, stretched, strengthened and relaxed.

GENTLE CLASS
A slow moving mix of basic postures and gentle breathing to open the body and calm the mind. A wonderful introduction to yoga, or for those who prefer or need a gentler practice.

PREGNANCY CLASS
For pregnant women and their husbands/birth partners. Exercise and open the body, connect with your unborn child and learn to breathe, relax and focus for the birth. Includes 20min circle time to share and meet one another. A beautiful experience.

If you are unsure which class would be most beneficial for you, or if you have any health issues, please contact Kathleen.

Please arrive a few minutes before class starts.

Classes run for 1hr and 20mins, and include relaxation time.

You can loan a yoga mat, however it can be much nicer to have your own. Have a look at the shop page...Kathleen will deliver your new mat to your next class or retreat. 

Wear something comfy that you can stretch in.
